Who can write for Mindful Me?
We don’t actually have many stipulations. You can write for us whether you have worked within mental health and wellbeing, have dealt with issues yourself, or even supported someone through tough times.
Our objectives
While a lot of content can be good for a site, we prefer to think about quality. On top of this, wellbeing can still sometimes be a taboo subject, whether that involves mental or physical health.
Our goals are to:
Break the stigma surrounding certain conditions
Educate while showing empathy
Consider the lived experiences of individuals across the world
Make it easier to discuss issues people might be facing
Offer tips that may be genuinely useful
What do we require?
A minimum of 800 words
Written in English (UK)
At least 5 outbound links to good quality references (NHS, MIND etc)
At least 5 inbound links
Your name and photo listed at the bottom
